Parts Broke within 1 month. No service. No installWithin 1 month of purchase we opened the door to find a shelf had totally broken for no reason and our food and drinks fell all over the floor. Apparently "Glass, Plastics and Rubber" are not covered under the warranty and despite owning the fridge for such a short period apparently no company is able to provide replacement parts. So now we have a large fridge with a lot of unusable space. I would not recommend Beko (my first purchase of this brand) or their products.
Despite paying the maximum extra fee for the delivery & installation service to the 2nd floor, the delivery team initially refused to do more than just drop the unit in the foyer of the apartment. Eventually they delivered to the apartment but refused to install the fridge as they are apparently "not allowed" to, despite my paying for the install service.
