The new comfort telephone for the FRITZ!Box
With the wireless DECT telephone FRITZ!Fon C6 for the FRITZ!Box, AVM is expanding the FRITZ!Fon series with a new top model. The FRITZ!Fon C6 is characterized by an ergonomic and modern design, sophisticated comfort functions, excellent acoustic properties, and a brilliant color display.

HD telephony, internet services, and smart home control
The FRITZ!Fon C6 impresses with its impressive sound (high-definition) and numerous internet services such as receiving emails, internet radio, news feeds, and podcasts. The FRITZ!Fon can also be used for smart home applications, such as switching devices using the FRITZ!DECT 200/210 smart plug or controlling the FRITZ!DECT 301 radiator thermostat. The brilliant color display (180 ppi), an illuminated keypad, and intuitive menu navigation support the user with telephony, navigation, and service usage.

Extensive comfort functions
The FRITZ!Fon C6 masters all the comfort functions known from the product series and, in combination with a FRITZ!Box, offers up to 5 digital answering machines, a clear call list, and phone books with up to 300 entries. Incoming calls, messages on the answering machine, emails, and software updates are signaled on the FRITZ!Fon via the color display and the MWI key (Message Waiting Indication), and are available at the touch of a button. The larger battery, intelligent power management, and a sensitive brightness sensor that adjusts the display and keypad lighting to the ambient light ensure longer battery life. The integrated motion sensor takes the phone out of standby mode the moment the user picks it up.

FRITZ!Box as the ideal partner
All FRITZ!Box models with an integrated DECT base station – whether DSL, cable, or LTE – are ideal for the FRITZ!Fon C6. The FRITZ!Box makes many data services and comfort functions available for the FRITZ!Fon. Settings can be easily configured via the FRITZ!Box user interface. All voice, audio, and control data are transmitted securely encrypted via the robust DECT signal. When DECT Eco Mode is activated, the FRITZ!Box and the handsets in standby mode completely switch off the DECT signal.
