Exchange

Although not required by law, it is no problem with us! Within 30 days, come and exchange the products you have purchased and not yet used in their original packaging with your receipt without any problem.

Products can only be exchanged in physical MediaMarkt shops. Even if you purchased a product online in the MediaMarkt webshop, you can visit one of our physical shops or contact our Customer Care Service on 02 808 68 16.

Our customer service is open from Monday to Saturday from 8am to 8pm.

Visit a MediaMarkt shop of your choice with:

• Original receipt
• Undamaged product in original packaging
• Accessories and documents supplied with purchase

Visit our after-sales service in store, where shop staff will assist you further.

You can exchange a product within the 30-day period after purchase.

Examples of products that cannot be exchanged are:

• Prepaid and software products
• Licensed products
• Navigation equipment
• Desktop computers and notebooks
• Satellite tuner packages and smart cards
• Personal care products
• Telephony products
• Special ordered products
• Items bought during the sales period or demo devices
• Gift cards
• Products that have undergone any change - in the broadest sense of the word - due to the actions of the customer or third parties.
