How can we help you?

As a consumer, meaning a natural person who purchases a product for private use and not for professional use, you enjoy a statutory two-year warranty on your product. During this period, you are entitled to free service if the product becomes defective during normal use.

What does this mean?
If your product becomes defective within these two years, without an external cause (i.e., not due to a fall, impact, liquid, or other external damage), we will look for a suitable solution. This could be:

• A repair.
• An exchange.

Note: Some manufacturers (brands) offer a longer commercial warranty (standard or after registration, which you must complete yourself).

This ensures you receive a product that works properly.

Not sure if the defect is covered by the warranty? No problem. We will first perform a diagnosis. If the defect turns out to be out of warranty, you will receive a clear quote from us. Please note that there are always minimum costs, even if you decide not to have the repair carried out. These costs cover diagnosis, administration, travel/transport, etc. For business customers, the warranty terms and conditions set out in the general terms and conditions for business customers apply.

You can find the current status of your order in your account overview. You'll also receive a track & trace email once your order has been shipped, which is usually the evening before. There you'll find the current status and delivery time.

If your product meets the return policy and the desired product is in stock at the store, you can exchange it immediately. If it's a large item like a washing machine or refrigerator, please contact us via the contact form.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to return a Marketplace order to a MediaMarkt store. But don't worry, we're happy to help! Send an email to [email protected] to request a return label. We'll make sure you get help quickly.
