Delivery at home
There are two types of delivery, depending on the items you order.
For small articles, we work with bpost and Postnl. If the article is in stock, we use these delivery times:
- An order placed on a weekday before 10pm will be delivered the next day (except on public holidays).
- An order placed on Sunday before 22.00 will be delivered on Monday (except on public holidays).
- An order placed on Friday after 10pm or on Saturday, will be delivered on Monday (except holidays).
For bulky items, we work with a delivery service by appointment. If your article is in stock, you will receive an invitation to book a delivery appointment in our calendar via e-mail after completing your purchase.
- An order placed from Monday to Friday before 2 pm will be delivered the next day (*).
- An order placed between Friday 14:00 and Saturday before 14:00 will be delivered on Monday (*).
- An order placed between Saturday 2 pm and Monday before 2 pm will be delivered on Tuesday (*).
(*) if a slot for a delivery appointment is still available for that day.
Yes, it is possible to have your parcel delivered on Sunday for certain postcodes.
In the check-out, choose the delivery day that suits you best and is available for your postcode.
We deliver large products such as household appliances, kitchen appliances and televisions, as well as small products, free of charge to your doorstep*.
For a starting price of €9.99 you can also have your new appliance installed*.

At the moment, you can have deliveries made on Sunday in Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent, Bruges, Liège and Charleroi. During checkout, you can choose the delivery day that suits you best and is available for your postcode.
Please note: Delivery is not possible on a Sunday that falls on a public holiday.Orders in the MediaMarkt webshop can only be delivered in Belgium.
Yes, we provide this service in our shops. You can ask the shop staff for more information, they will provide you with all the information and arrange delivery.
If you are not present when the postman comes to your door to deliver your order, you will receive an offer notice from the postman in your letterbox. This allows you to collect your parcel from a collection point. If it is a large order (such as a washing machine), you will receive a card in your letterbox with the details of an external delivery service. This second delivery day will cost 40€. So for large deliveries, make sure you make proper arrangements with our delivery service.
Absolutely! You can do so via our delivery or installation service.
Yes, you can. While placing your order, you can indicate on a calendar when you would like to receive your order. If you don't, we will call you to set a date and time.
We hand over the package behind the first lockable door on the ground floor of the building, both in houses and flats. Installation and connection of the appliance, if applicable, is not included.
This service includes delivery of the goods to the desired location (max. 3 floors high via straight stairs), removal of the packaging, a standard installation and Recupel collection of your old appliance.
Delivery at bpost parcel machine
Your order will be delivered to you free of charge from €50. Only exception is when a goods lift is required; in that case, our transport service will contact you and ask your permission.
That way, you can pick up your order within 5 days at any time (24/7), without having to pay for it at pick-up.
- When ordering, go to your shopping basket.
- Under "Delivery address" select "Deliver to bpost point" and click "here".
- A new window will appear (My bpack): click on "Parcel dispenser".
In the bpost portal, replace the automatically filled in address with a location near you and click on "Search".
- Enter your user number. If you do not yet have a My bpack account, tick this box and you can create your account immediately. Your own address and the address of the nearest packing machine will be filled in automatically. Want to search for other automatic parcel machines near another location? Replace the automatically filled in address with a new location and click on "Search".
- Select your choice by clicking on "Deliver here".
- Click on "Confirm".
You will return to MediaMarkt's online shop to proceed to your payment options.

If you forget to collect your parcel from the parcel machine within 5 days of delivery, it will be returned to our warehouse. In this case, please contact our Customer Care Service on 02 808 68 16.

- E-mail and text message when bpost has picked up the parcel at our distribution centre.
- E-mail and SMS when the parcel is ready in the automatic parcel machine.
- E-mail and text message as a final reminder.
- Possible e-mail with info on the automatic return of the parcel to our distribution centre.
- Order confirmation: your online order was well received and is being processed.
- Shipping confirmation with link for the bpost tracking system: your order is ready for collection by bpost at our distribution centre. As soon as bpost collects the parcel, the tracking system will be activated and you will be able to follow your parcel.
Delivery to bpost collection point
- When placing your order, go to your shopping cart.
- Under ""Delivery address"" select ""Deliver in bpost point"" and click ""here"".
- A new window will appear (My bpack): click on ""In a collection point"".
Your own address, as well as those of the nearest collection points, will be filled in automatically.
Do you want to search for other pick-up points near another location, e.g. where you work? Replace the automatically entered address with the new location and click on "Search".
Do you want to consult the opening hours? Click on the pick-up point and you will see the opening hours of that pick-up point appear on the right.
How to proceed:
- Select your choice by clicking on "Deliver here"
- Choose whether you want to be informed by e-mail or text message
- Click on "Confirm
You will return to MediaMarkt's online shop to proceed to your payment options.
Within 15 days, during the opening hours of the collection point.

Old products
Yes, you can. If you want, our suppliers will take your old appliance with them. This service is included in the price, as you paid a recupel contribution when you bought your old appliance.
If you buy a new appliance, MediaMarkt offers you the option of taking over your old appliance with similar dimensions. Collection will take place at the same place as delivery and will be based on the principle of "1 appliance taken back for 1 appliance delivered". Out of respect for our staff on site, we ask that the appliance to be taken back is completely unplugged and cleaned. Absolutely. And we make sure it is recycled.
The Recupel contribution is the amount you pay when purchasing a new electronic device. This contribution covers the collection, sorting, processing, and recycling of discarded electronic appliances. Therefore, when you purchase a new electronic device, the future ecological footprint, including recycling, is already being financed. The Recupel contribution varies based on the product group: for example, a computer mouse has a very low Recupel contribution compared to a dishwasher, which has a higher contribution. If you would like to find out more about which Recupel contribution applies to a specific product group, feel free to visit www.recupel.be. When you pay a Recupel contribution, it is already included in the purchase price
Installation on home delivery
This service applies to white goods (except cooker hoods and American refrigerators) and televisions.
For the installation of smaller products such as audio equipment and televisions, you can use our Premium Service at home. For larger appliances such as the installation of a washing machine, you can opt for installation on delivery when ordering online or purchasing in a physical MediaMarkt.
Our installation service includes delivery of the goods to the desired location (up to 3 floors high via straight stairs, for appliances weighing less than 85 kg), removal of the packaging, a standard installation and Recupel collection of your old appliance. When it comes to white goods, the transport protection (if applicable) will be removed. It is also possible to have the appliance levelled.
The appliance will not be connected to the mains, except for plugging a normal 220V-240V plug into an existing wall socket. In the case of a television, the appliance is levelled and connected to the mains via a normal 220V-240V plug in an existing wall socket.
This involves unpacking the goods from their transport packaging, after which you and the supplier check the goods for visible external damage. If you wish, the packaging material will be taken away.
Problems with delivery
You can use bpost's "Track & Trace" application as soon as the parcel is being processed by them. MediaMarkt will send you an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation with a link for the bpost tracking system or via the "Track & Trace" application.
Don't panic. Contact our customer service at 02 808 68 16 and explain the situation.
You will then need to fill out a non-receipt document. Depending on the stock and your preferences, you will either be refunded or we will send you a new item as soon as possible.

Any visible defect in the product must be stated on the copy of the delivery note which you must remit to MediaMarkt within 2 days of delivery ([email protected]). In the event of delivery with installation, any visible defect must be reported immediately to the carrier and MediaMarkt.

Contact us via the contact page. Our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible with information on what you can do to receive a new item (depending on stock) or to get your money back.
You received the item more than 14 days ago?
For a small-volume item (less than 30 kg and up to 150 cm tall), please go to the after-sales service of your nearest MediaMarkt. Our staff will check whether the article can be sent to the repair service or has to be replaced.
For a large-volume article (more than 30 kg and larger than 150 cm), contact us via the contact page. Our staff will put you in contact with the manufacturer for a check-up or repair at your home.
