Order online and then pick up your order at one of our MediaMarkt stores. Select "Pick up in store" when completing your order.
On the product page, you can see if a product is in stock. Directly above the "I want to order" button, you'll find the product's availability in the webshop and in all stores. Select "Change store" to check availability at a nearby store.
If your purchase meets the requirements, we can refund the price difference in the form of a gift card. Please come to the store with your receipt so we can process the discount for you. Did you order the product online? Then please contact us via the contact form. Please note: your purchase must be no older than 14 days. Please note that we do not offer a price guarantee.

You can pick up your order as soon as you receive the email with the subject line "Your MediaMarkt order is ready!". Don't forget to bring the original QR code (not a screenshot). You can find the QR code in the MediaMarkt app under "My Account" and then "My Pickup Codes," and at the bottom of the email.

You can find the current status of your order in your account overview. You'll also receive a track & trace email once your order has been shipped, which is usually the evening before. There you'll find the current status and delivery time.
Online purchase
- You will automatically receive the invoice by email as soon as your order has left our warehouse.
- You can easily find your invoice in your account overview under "My Order." When you open your order details, you can download a digital copy using the "Request Invoice" button.
In-Store purchase
- You received an invoice or receipt in-store. Have you lost the invoice for your in-store order? You can contact us via our contact form.
After purchasing and paying for your digital code, you will receive a download code from us by email. The download instructions are in the email.

Stock status & prices

If the product is in the store's warehouse, we call it store inventory. You can then order the product and pick it up the same day.
Our product prices can vary, sometimes monthly, weekly, or even daily. This depends on factors such as market conditions and purchase prices. We recommend checking our website regularly for current prices and offers. Please note that we do not offer a price guarantee.

To add a product to your cart, simply click the large red button. The product's release date is listed above this button. You can choose to have the product delivered to your home or pick it up in one of our stores. We ship orders in the order they are placed, as soon as the product is in stock. You'll receive an email once your pre-order has shipped or is ready for pickup in store.

If a product is in stock in the store, you can order it online and pick it up the same day at one of the MediaMarkt stores. Select "Pick up in store" when completing your order. If you order during opening hours, it will be ready for you in the store within 30 minutes. If the product is out of stock, we'll make sure it's ready for you within 1 to 2 days.

Online purchase

Cashback promotions are organized by the product's supplier or manufacturer. They are also responsible for processing the cashback. To do this, visit the supplier's website. You'll often find more information about claiming your cashback under the "Promotions" or "Promotions" heading. Follow the instructions there to register your participation.
Want to know exactly what's included with your product? Check the product page under "Package Contents." This way, you can verify whether the missing part should have been included. If something is truly missing, please contact us via the contact form. Is it just the manual? You can often find it at www.gebruikershandleiding.com, as we unfortunately cannot send manuals separately.
Cancel order
Once your order is ready for shipment or in transit, we can no longer cancel it. With some carriers, you can still cancel your order via track & trace. You can also refuse the package upon delivery, so it will automatically be returned to our warehouse. You can also simply accept the package and return it later.
Was your order delivered to a collection point? If the package is not collected within 7 days, it will automatically be returned to MediaMarkt. Would you prefer to return it immediately? Please let the collection point know so they can return the package for you immediately.

Once your cancellation is processed, your refund will be processed. Refunds are always made using the same method you used to pay for the product. The time it takes to reach your account depends on your payment method:
- Bancontact: 2-3 days
- Credit card: 8 days
- Gift card/e-voucher: 8 days (You will receive a new digital gift card by email)
- In-store payment: 14 days
