Within this framework, we offer an online compliance reporting system. The MediaMarkt Saturn group has selected Business Keeper AG to implement this system. Business Keeper is accredited and operates with:
- Encrypted connections according to the highest security standard available at that time
- Encrypted content
- A system that is inaccessible to third parties

What can you report through the compliance reporting system?
- Corruption
- Competition law offences (antitrust)
- Conflicts of interest
- Fraud/embezzlement/misappropriation/theft
- Money laundering
- Violation of data protection/disclosure of business or trade secrets
- Discrimination and unfair working conditions
- Violations of current legislation or MediaMarkt Saturn group directives
The online reporting system is an online application and is accessible from any device with an internet connection. The whistleblower can remain anonymous. The whistleblower receives their own "mailbox" with a reporting code. All reports are received by the Compliance Department of MediaMarkt Saturn in Ingolstadt. If necessary, the Compliance Officer of the concerned country will be informed. After about 6 working days, the whistleblower can check the status of their report by logging into their mailbox using their reporting code. Messages in the mailbox can only be opened/printed up to 42 days after being posted. After that, it is no longer possible. This also applies if the investigation must last more than 42 days. After the complete processing of the report, it is anonymized so that neither the reporter nor the "accused" can be traced, unless legal provisions prohibit it.
Customer complaints cannot be reported via the compliance reporting system and will therefore not be processed. In case of complaints or questions, customers can visit our service page.
