Yes, that is possible via our payment partner Klarna. For purchases up to €1500, you can choose to pay for the product afterwards. If you have any questions about a payment or a rejected order, you can contact Klarna. As soon as we ship the order, you will receive a digital invoice from Klarna by email. You then have 30 days to make the payment. The payment details can be found on the digital invoice. Through My Klarna, you have a complete overview of the invoice and your payments.

Eco vouchers can be used for the purchase of energy-efficient electrical appliances that carry a (new) European energy label, as well as other products or services that bear this label. By energy-efficient electrical appliances, we mean the following:

• Refrigerators and freezers with energy labels A, B, C, or D
• Dishwashers with energy labels A, B, or C
• Washing machines and tumble dryers with energy labels A
• TVs and computer monitors with energy labels A, B, C, or D
• All other electrical devices with an energy label of A+++, A++, or A+
• All old electrical appliances that were placed on the market before 1 November 2020 with energy labels A+++, A++, and A+, which can be sold until 30 November 2021.

When you place an order, a list of all available payment options will be displayed. Want to pay with a gift card? It can easily be combined with another payment method if its value is less than the total amount of your order. You can also combine up to 5 gift cards. You can pay online on the MediaMarkt website using Bancontact, credit card, PayPal, gift vouchers, and MediaMarkt gift cards.

If you wish to pick up your product in-store, first select the 'Pick up in store' option, then choose your preferred MediaMarkt.

When you choose 'collection in store' as the delivery option for your online order, it is possible to pay for your online order in a MediaMarkt of your choice. However, it is important to first check the stock in that store. Then, when selecting the payment method, choose 'pay on collection.' When collecting your order, you have the option to pay with eco vouchers (both Sodexo and Edenred eco vouchers), cash, your payment card (Bancontact or credit card), or gift vouchers.

Since 2009, Belgian employees have been entitled to eco vouchers, which are vouchers intended for the purchase of environmentally friendly products and services. These eco vouchers are issued by three issuing companies: Pluxee, Edenred, and Monizze. Of course, we accept these eco vouchers as a method of payment in our stores.

For purchases made through the webshop, you select 'Pay on pick up' during the ordering process and pay at the checkout of your local MediaMarkt store when you pick up your order. For purchases in a MediaMarkt store, you simply pay with them at the checkout.

The advantage of eco vouchers is that the recipient does not have to pay taxes or social contributions on them.
