For every euro you spend, you receive 1 point. You can exchange your points for discount vouchers. All your receipts are also stored in your myMediaMarkt account, and all your parcels are delivered to your home free of charge. Curious about all the benefits? Have a look at this page and sign up!
You earn points with every purchase. Make sure to scan your QR code or that you are logged in to your myMediaMarkt account so your points are added automatically. After the 30-day return period, you can exchange them for a coupon.
You do not earn points for purchases made on MediaMarkt Marketplace or MediaMarkt Outlet. Points are calculated based on the purchase amount, so you will not receive points for subscriptions, insurance, or other services.
You can redeem your points through your myMediaMarkt account. In your account, click on ‘points’ and then at the bottom of the page on ‘redeem points’. There you will find your coupon under ‘my coupons’. Enter the coupon code with your next online purchase or select the coupon. For in-store purchases, simply have the coupon scanned at the checkout.
When redeeming the coupon, a minimum spend of four times the purchase value applies. For example, a coupon worth €20 requires a minimum purchase value of €80.
You can add your receipt to your myMediaMarkt account, except for purchases made through an external seller. Simply log in to your myMediaMarkt account, go to ‘My purchases’ and then select ‘Register receipt’.

Membership & benefits
If you are a myMediaMarkt member, you won’t pay any delivery charges for your parcels! This is automatically applied in your shopping basket.
To update your details, simply follow the steps under "My details" in your profile.
Please note: you cannot change your email address.
It is possible to add your receipt, unless it is from an external seller. In your myMediaMarkt account, go to “My purchases” and select “Register receipt".
If your receipt is visible in your account, you will receive the points once the 30-day return period has passed. You can then exchange these points for a coupon. If you still haven’t received your points after 30 days, please contact us using the contact form.
Add your receipt manually to receive your points. In your myMediaMarkt account, go to “My orders” and then “Register receipt,” and enter the required details. After 30 days, the points will be credited to your account.
You can subscribe or unsubscribe to the newsletter via your myMediaMarkt account under ‘Settings’.
You can also choose ‘Unsubscribe’ at the bottom of the newsletter itself.
This is not possible. Create a new account and have your accounts linked via the contact form.
Points

The validity of your points depends on the type of point:
- Base points: valid for 2 years.
- Event points: valid for 1 year.
Welcome points: you receive 250 points by signing up for myMediaMarkt.
Marketing points from third parties: you receive these points if you select “data sharing with partners” when you sign up. If you already have a myMediaMarkt account, go to ‘My profile’ and then to ‘Settings’ in your account, and enable ‘permission for third-party data processing’.
After returning your product, the discount voucher you used will be reissued to your account within 24 hours. If you haven’t received the voucher after 24 hours, please contact us via the contact form and mention your order number.
Coupons
Minimum 1,000 points = € 20 coupon.
To view your coupons, go to your myMediaMarkt account. Under ‘Profile’, select “My vouchers” or “My coupons”.
You can redeem your points through your myMediaMarkt account. In your account, click on ‘points’ and then, at the bottom of the page, select ‘redeem points’. After this, you’ll find your coupon under ‘my coupons’. Enter the coupon code during your next online purchase or select the coupon. For in-store purchases, simply have the coupon scanned at the checkout.

After exchanging the points for a coupon, the coupon is valid for one year.
You can combine coupons, but not more than one of the same value per purchase. So, you cannot use two €20 vouchers together, but you can use a €20 and a €40 voucher at the same time.
Your coupon may not work if one of the following situations applies to you:
- The coupon is not linked to your account.
- The coupon is not valid.
- Your purchase does not meet the minimum value.
- You are purchasing a service, such as a mobile phone subscription or insurance.
How can you check this?
- Is the coupon linked to your account?
If the coupon is linked to your account, you will find it in your myMediaMarkt account. Click on ‘My coupons’ and you should see your coupon there. If not, it is not linked to your account. - Is the coupon valid?
The validity of the coupon is shown on the coupon itself: go to your myMediaMarkt account, click on ‘My coupons’, and you can check both the coupon and its validity. - Does your purchase reach the minimum value?
You can only use a coupon for a minimum purchase value of €20.01. - Are you purchasing a service or buying from specific websites?
You cannot use a coupon for:•Services (such as mobile phone subscriptions or insurance)•Products from external sellers•POSA products (gift cards, software licences, entertainment gift cards, etc.)
You also cannot use a coupon if you are purchasing from the following websites:
