Returns

You can return your online purchase to us if: 

• Your product was delivered less than 30 days ago. 

You cannot return the following products: 

• Products installed by you, damaged or incomplete. 
• Audio, video and software products and rechargeable phone cards whose seal has been broken. Such as CDs, DVDs, blu-rays, video games, etc. 
• Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons and whose seal has been broken. Such as personal care items (e.g. toothbrushes), headsets, ink cartridges, toner cartridges, ... 
• Products that have a clear personal character. Such as personalised covers, photo service items, ... 
• Products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life. 
• Products that cannot be returned due to their nature. 

For products you bought with a discount, the same conditions apply as if you had bought the product without a discount. 

You can return your online purchase to us if: 

• Your product was delivered less than 30 days ago. 
• You received an incorrect or inappropriate product. 

You can return a product using the following steps: 

1. Prepare your package with all original parts. 
2. Go to your preferred MediaMarkt shop. 
3. Go to the after-sales service and hand in the package along with your order confirmation. 
4. The shop will check your product and validate your return. 
5. After approval, your refund will be activated. 
6. The refund will be made via the same payment method used when ordering. 
7. In case of a replacement, the shop will provide you with a new product. 

To return a product via a bpost point, go through the following steps: 

1. Contact our customer service at 02 808 68 16
2. Our customer service department will prepare a return label and send it to you by e-mail. 
3. Prepare your package with all the original parts. 
4. Print the return label and stick it on the box. 
5. Return your parcel to a post office or bpost collection point of your choice. 
6. After receiving the parcel, we will check your product and validate the return. 
7. After approval, the refund will be activated. 
8. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the order. 
9. If your return is not accepted, we will notify you by e-mail and send your package back to you. 
10. In case of a replacement, we will send you a new product.
