Terms and conditions of sale for stores and online shop
The following terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales contracts concluded between MediaMarkt and the customer. These general terms and conditions of sale can only be deviated from through a written document, duly signed by both MediaMarkt and the customer. These general terms and conditions of sale exclude any general terms mentioned in documents issued by the customer, even if those documents are dated later. MediaMarkt reserves the right to modify and/or supplement these general terms and conditions at any time for future orders, without personally notifying the customer and without the customer being entitled to claim any form of compensation.

The English version of the terms and conditions is for information purposes and convenience only. The original Dutch(https://www.mediamarkt.be/nl/legal/algemene-voorwaarden) and French (https://www.mediamarkt.be/fr/legal/conditions-generales) versions of the terms and conditions are binding and shall prevail.
