The 120 cm EZ Super Curl bar with 30 mm diameter is ideal for a wide range of strength exercises. This barbell comes with 2 spring barbells and offers a firm grip for a safe and effective workout. Combines well with the Focus Fitness weight plates.

Curl bar exercises.
Bicep Curls.
Holding the bar with an underhand grip, bend your arms to raise the bar and lower it slowly and in a controlled manner.
Purpose: Strengthen and define the biceps.
Preacher Curls
Place your arms on a preacher bench, raise the bar in a controlled manner and then lower it slowly.
Goal: Targeted isolation and maximum stress on the biceps.
Skull Crushers
Lie on a bench and bring the bar toward your forehead. Then fully extend your arms.
Purpose: Strengthen and develop triceps.
Reverse Curls
Using an overhand grip, lift the bar with your forearms and lower it in a controlled manner.
Goal: Strengthen forearms and upper biceps muscles.
Close-Grip Bench Press
With a narrow grip, lower the bar toward your chest and press up in a controlled manner.
Goal: Activate triceps and chest muscles.
