Strength training
This curl bar is ideal for various exercises whether you are training for muscle mass, strength or stability. Some effective exercises include:
Hammer-Grip Curls
Hold the bar in a neutral grip and lift it in a controlled manner. Then slowly lower the bar.
Goal: Strengthen the biceps and forearms.
Standing Drag Curls
Hold the bar close to your body and pull it up along your torso, without moving your elbows forward.
Goal: Maximize tension on the biceps.
Overhead Triceps Extensions
