Material
The Yima garden chair is made of a maintenance-free aluminium frame with a sturdy powder coating. Around this aluminium frame is 5 mm thick high-quality light grey coloured rope. This rope can be compared to rope used in shipping. The rope has a rubber core inside with several polyester threads for strength. Surrounding the rubber core is solution dyed polyester rope. This means that the rope is coloured through and through and is much less likely to discolour. The supplied thick cushions are made of high-quality polyester. The cushions have a zip, making them easy to wash by hand. The cushions are not water-resistant and can be stored in the shed or in a cushion box after use. However, the cushions do have a water-repellent coating. This is especially practical if, for example, drinks are spilt on the cushions. You easily wipe off the moisture. The Zadar garden table by quality brand Garden Impressions is made of a maintenance-free and weather-resistant aluminium frame with a solid dark grey powder coating. This coating ensures that the frame is scratch and impact-resistant. The table top has a teakwood look, but is simply made of aluminium. Maintenance
The table top has a size of 180 cm and has an X-style table frame. Aluminium can be cleaned with a soapy solution of green soap and lukewarm water. For drying, it is best to use a lint-free cloth. Aluminium can get dirty from splashing rainwater or spilt drinks, for example. This is easy to clean with soapy water and a soft cloth. The solution-dyed polyester rope is easy to clean with a soft brush and the cleaner for rope from Garden Impressions. Once the rope has been thoroughly cleaned with the cleaner, rinse with plenty of water. When the rope is dry again, it should be treated with a protector. The protector will make your rope water-repellent. It is recommended to do this at least twice a season, especially the tangible parts. Upon receipt, the garden table still needs to be assembled.
