The weights set consists of 19 pieces in total: 4 weights of 1.25 kilograms, 4 weights of 1.5 kilograms, 4 weights of 2 kilograms, 4 nuts to tighten the weights with, 2 stems of 42 centimetres and a connecting bar of 40 centimetres. You can turn the set into 2 separate dumbells with a total weight of your choice. By connecting the two rods of the dumbells together with the connecting rod, you can also use the set to make a barebell for exercises such as squats and deadlifts. 

Dumbells with weight of your choice

Thanks to the presence of weights from 1.25 kilograms to 2 kilograms and 2 stems with a length of 42 centimetres, you can make two dumbells with the weight that suits your level. Once you have slid the right weight onto the rods, it is always important to secure them for safety with the nuts provided. Use the dumbells from the dumbbell set for various exercises such as rows, side bends, bicep curls or a shoulder press. 

Create a barbell with the connecting bar 

In addition to two 42-centimetre bars, a 40-centimetre connecting bar is also included with the dumbbell set. With this connecting rod, you can connect the two smaller rods to create a barbell. Also with the barbell, you obviously choose the amount of weight you want to train with. The connecting bar with which you make the barbell has an anti-slip handle that allows you to have the weights comfortably and firmly in your hands.
