As if made by hand - 360°-rotating water spout

The water spout rotates by 360° and then, depending on the brewing profile, changes direction and water flow. In this way, the ground coffee is moistened optimally and almost as if made by hand. Thanks to the different brewing profiles, your coffee always succeeds equally well regardless of the quantity, whether for two or eight cups.

First there is the coffee bean - the integrated grinder

The perfect Pour Over coffee starts with freshly ground coffee beans. Thanks to the variable grind settings of the integrated conical grinder of the Melitta® EPOS®, you can choose how coarse or fine you want to grind your coffee in the filter.

The advance setting for ideal blooming

The perfect aroma is created by the pre-roast setting, which gives the coffee time for the ideal blooming. This allows the aroma to unfold best.

ANTI CALC

For flawless operation, longevity and the best coffee taste, it is necessary to descale your coffee machine regularly. If this is the case, our Melitta® EPOS® indicates this very simply by illuminating the limescale display.

Variable coffee strength - coffee according to your taste

You can adjust the strength of your Pour Over coffee to three levels. Depending on the set coffee strength, the Melitta® EPOS® selects the right amount of ground coffee for the desired number of cups.

Modern touch panel

Using the touch panel, you can not only switch the EPOS® on and off, but also set the number of cups, coffee strength and brewing function individually. Select how you want your coffee to taste at the touch of a button.

Removable water tank

Thanks to the removable, transparent water tank, you can read the filling quantity very easily. This makes filling and cleaning considerably easier.

Whole coffee beans or ground coffee - you decide

With the Melitta® EPOS® you have the option to grind your coffee beans fresh with the integrated grinder or to use the already ground coffee.

Hot plate

Thanks to the hot plate, your freshly brewed coffee stays hot for up to 40 minutes. After that, the machine switches off automatically.

Easy cleaning

You can take out the bean container and the grinding ring. This makes cleaning much easier. The filter holder and the borosilicate glass jug can simply be put in the dishwasher after use.
