BRAND ENGINES

Just like gasoline generators, engines for diesel generators are produced under license from DIMAX Int. and carry their own brand and logo. In all models, the power reserve of the engine in relation to the generator ensures that it can produce the specified voltage and maintain stability over the entire voltage range. All engines are tested for long-term continuous use and then disassembled and inspected for defects. Each engine and generator has a unique serial number. This allows us to monitor production and service quality. The engines meet all global and European standards for quality, efficiency and environmental friendliness (especially with regard to emissions and noise levels).

VTS SYSTEM

VTS SYSTEM Universal 2-in-1 generators are equipped with a unique VTS (Voltage Transfer Switch) phase switching system, which allows the generator to be used in both single-phase (230 V) and three-phase (400 V), with virtually no power loss. Each mode has its own circuit breakers. You do not need to purchase separate generators for single-phase and three-phase loads.

ATS CONNECTION

The ATS unit (Automatic Transfer Switch) automatically starts the generator and switches the load when the mains power supply is interrupted, and automatically stops the generator when the mains power supply is restored.

EXTENDED ENGINE LIFE

HEAVY DUTY diesel generators are not only suitable as an emergency power source, but also for full continuous use. The service life of the engine is more than 3000 operating hours, which is confirmed by tests of several hours and phases and warranty. However, the engines are only so powerful with correct operation and routine maintenance.

USER-FRIENDLY ERGONOMIC CONTROL PANEL

The user-friendly, ergonomic control panel allows you to easily operate the entire unit without the need for extra skills. A modern, intelligent LED display always shows you the operating hours, frequency and voltage values. The information displayed helps you to correctly estimate the load on the unit and carry out timely maintenance on the generator, which extends the life of the unit.

PREHEATING FUNCTION

All HEAVY DUTY diesel generators are equipped with a preheating function (PREHEATER) that allows you to start the generator effortlessly in winter.

AVR

HEAVY DUTY generators from the Könner & Söhnen series are equipped with an intelligent AVR voltage stabilization system. This system ensures that the output voltage of the generator remains a constant 230 W and protects the generator against accidental short circuits and overloads.

FRAME REINFORCEMENT

Thanks to the extra frame reinforcement with the upper protective strips, the HEAVY DUTY generator from the professional series can be used under heavy operating conditions. In addition, the frame construction offers extra protection for the fuel tank against damage during use and transport.

RUBBER INSERTS FOR FRAME PROTECTION

The extra rubber cushions (included) provide corrosion protection for all Könner & Söhnen diesel generators. Thanks to these cushions, no damage is caused to the floor covering or the frame paint during the operation of the generator. A transport kit is also available.

EXTRA ACCESSORIES

The generator is equipped with extra accessories: a 2P+PE 16 A 230 V adapter plug, a 2P+E 32 A 230 V adapter plug, an open-end wrench 8x10 mm, an open-end wrench 12x14 mm, an open-end wrench 17x19 mm, a 6.0 mm Allen wrench and a 2-pin open-end wrench.
