BRAND ENGINES
Like petrol generators, engines for diesel generators are produced under license from DIMAX Int. and carry their own brand and logo. In all models, the power reserve of the engine in relation to the generator ensures that it can produce the specified voltage and maintain stability over the entire voltage range. All engines are tested for long-term continuous use and then disassembled and inspected for defects. Each engine and generator has a unique serial number. This allows us to monitor production and service quality. The engines meet all global and European standards for quality, efficiency and environmental friendliness (especially with regard to emissions and noise levels).
ATS CONNECTION
The ATS unit (Automatic Transfer Switch) automatically starts the generator and switches the load when the mains power supply is interrupted, and automatically stops the generator when the mains power supply is restored.
EXTENDED ENGINE LIFE
Heavy-duty diesel generators are not only suitable as an emergency power source, but also for continuous use. The service life of the engine is more than 3000 operating hours, which is confirmed by tests of several hours or multiple phases and warranty. However, the engines are only so powerful with correct operation and routine maintenance.
User-friendly, ergonomic control panel
With the user-friendly, ergonomic control panel, you can easily operate the entire group without the need for extra skills. A modern, intelligent LED display always shows you the operating hours, frequency and voltage values. The information displayed helps you to correctly estimate the load on the unit and carry out timely maintenance on the generator, which extends the life of the unit.
PREHEATING FUNCTION
All HEAVY DUTY diesel generators are equipped with a preheating function (PREHEATER), which allows you to start the generator effortlessly in winter.
AVR
HEAVY DUTY generators from the Könner & Söhnen series are equipped with an intelligent AVR voltage stabilization system. This ensures that the output voltage of the generator remains constant at 230 W and also protects the generator against accidental short circuits and overloads.
FRAME REINFORCEMENT
Thanks to the extra frame reinforcement with upper protective strips, the HEAVY DUTY Professional series generator can be used under heavy operating conditions. In addition, the frame construction offers extra protection for the fuel tank against damage during use and transport.
RUBBER MATS FOR FRAME PROTECTION
The extra rubber mats (included) provide corrosion protection for all Könner & Söhnen diesel generators. Thanks to the mats, the floor covering and the frame paint are not damaged during the operation of the generator. A transport kit is also available.
EXTRA ACCESSORIES
The generator is equipped with extra accessories: a 2P+PE 16 A 230 V adapter plug, a 2P+E 32 A 230 V adapter plug, an 8x10 mm open-end wrench, a 12x14 mm open-end wrench, a 17x19 mm open-end wrench, a 6.0 mm Allen key and a two-point wrench.
