We have incorporated over 45 years of audio expertise into the new ULTIMA series. These speakers offer an unparalleled and exceptionally good price/sound ratio. With technologies from the high-end segment, they reproduce everything balanced, but with the typical powerful Teufel bass.
One of the special features of the ULTIMA is that it delivers powerful performance even with quiet background music. This allows you to experience music, games, and movie sound as it should be, regardless of the volume.

Developed in Berlin
The current ULTIMA Mk4 series was also developed in our sound laboratories and anechoic chambers. We have carefully adjusted and refined the design – it is now more timeless and modern than ever. A lot of customer feedback was taken into account during development.

Noticeable quality
The front has been given a very puristic design. The covers have a sleeker look and are made of high-quality textile, making them fit even better into your interior.

Phase plug
The centered phase plug in the woofer/midrange driver is a special feature of the ULTIMA series. It optimally distributes the sound and ensures the best possible speech intelligibility. Even if you are not sitting directly in front of the speakers.

More ways, more listening
At Teufel, we believe in continuously improving our products, which also means producing them in a more environmentally friendly way. That's why we are using FSC®-certified wood for the entire housing of the new ULTIMA series for the first time. The packaging is also made entirely of recycled cardboard and no plastic is used.

Suitable for any amplifier
Thanks to their high efficiency, the ULTIMAs work with any amplifier or AV receiver and always cut a good figure acoustically. We recommend amplifiers from Denon, Marantz, or Yamaha.

Further expandable
You can easily expand the ULTIMA series with ULTIMA 20 speakers and ULTIMA center speakers. This allows you to create, for example, a 7.1 setup. With our REFLEKT speakers, you can even create a Dolby Atmos setup. The T 8 or T 10 are perfect subwoofers to complete the set.

Finally understand everything
Two large midrange drivers in a D'Appolito arrangement ensure powerful, distortion-free sound and high speech intelligibility in games and movies – even at low volumes. The sound of the center speaker is perfectly matched to the ULTIMA 40 and 20. The center speaker can be wall-mounted or placed on a stand.

Legend in sound, masterpiece in design
All tweeters in the ULTIMA series have been measured with a laser using Klippel® measurement technology to detect even the smallest tolerances.

• The large, woven cone is particularly light and rigid. The midrange sounds very warm and natural, reacting precisely to even the smallest transitions.
• The tweeter is placed close to the midrange driver for homogeneous reproduction. The waveguide ensures very precise localization of all sounds and pure sound reproduction.
• Two large woofers and bass reflex tubes guarantee tight bass reproduction and the popular Teufel kickbass. The woofer has a long excursion and ensures pure sound – so there's no problem turning up the volume a bit at your next party.

Technologies from the greats
As a full-fledged bookshelf or rear speaker, the ULTIMA 20 makes no compromises. It fits on a shelf, on a stand (AC 7001 SP 2), or on the wall (AC 7500 SM). Visually and acoustically, it is perfectly matched to its big sister. Precise localization for games and impressive immersion for movie sound are therefore guaranteed.

T 10 Subwoofer
A Teufel first: the T 10 subwoofer can be used as both a frontfire and a downfire subwoofer. Don't be fooled by the 150-watt power. The new Class D amplifier is efficient and silent – it holds its own next to a regular 250-watt amplifier.
