Juices, smoothies, soups, sauces, milkshakes, baby food; you prepare them all in this handy and lightning-fast blender from quality brand alpina. The plastic jug has a capacity of 1.5 liters, giving you room to crush all kinds of fruits and/or vegetables. The 4 stainless steel blades are razor sharp and can also handle hard fruits and vegetables. 

Blend and puree

With a blender you blend and puree. So you use it to make all kinds of healthy things like smoothies and soups based on fruits and vegetables. The appliance is also excellent for processing leftovers, for example for a tasty puree with vegetables or as a basis for soup or a (pasta) sauce. Or how about a dip or tasty tapenade, guacomole, pesto, hummus or a healthy spread. Yogurt or milkshakes are also very easy to make in this blender. And puréeing baby food is a piece of cake with a blender. 

2 Speeds and turbo function

With an output of 400 watts and its 2 speeds including turbo function, you can blend everything at lightning speed. The pulse function ('P') gives the blender just a little more power for short bursts. The appliance stands firmly on any surface due to the non-slip feet. It is also secured. At the bottom of the bowl is a safety lock; if the bowl is not properly attached, the blender will not work. 

Filling opening, measuring scale and handle

In the plastic lid is an opening sealed with a small measuring cup. This is where you add any small amounts of ingredients, such as some spices, oil, water or milk. The large jug has a graduated scale so you can easily see how much is in it. The handle on the jug makes it easy to pour out the contents.

Cleaning

The appliance is easy to clean with the automatic cleaning cycle. To do so, pour warm soapy water into the jug, set the speed to setting 1 and then select pulse setting P, holding it down for a few seconds. For extra thorough cleaning, remove the jug. The blade system can be taken out, as well as the sealing ring. All loose parts then rinse under running water.
