The Bosch PIV975DC1E induction hob features a PerfectFry function, allowing you to easily prepare a delicious steak. A signal is given when the oil reaches the correct temperature. At that moment, you can place the steak in the pan. Choose from 5 different power levels. The BraadSensor keeps the temperature in the pan constant at 1 of these power levels. The induction hob recognizes with the QuickStart function on which cooking zone you have placed a pan. Simply set the temperature on the DirectSelect Premium control panel. The power of the cooking zones is increased by up to 50% thanks to the PowerBoost function. The PanBoost function can heat the pan in 30 seconds. This allows you to sit at the table even faster. The induction hob has a triple-ring cooking zone. This zone consists of 3 rings, allowing you to use 3 different pan sizes. Did you forget how long the spaghetti has been cooking? Start the count-up timer as soon as you put the spaghetti in the pan. This way, you can keep a close eye on when the spaghetti is ready. The Bosch PIV975DC1E features a comfort profile design with a sloping front and metal strips on the sides. Please note! An induction hob does not come with a plug, as it must be installed by an electrician. Order this Perilex plug separately.
