Brian Barnes wakes up in the desert. Around him he finds eight lifeless bodies and a car loaded with cocaine and four million dollars in cash. He can't remember anything about what happened or how he got there. However, he has no intention of leaving these valuables behind. Soon, several parties set out in pursuit of Brian: drug lord Danny Perez (Danny Trejo), who wants his money back, corrupt sheriff Olson, who would be only too happy to get his hands on the found fortune as well, and DEA agent Rooker (Dolph Lundgren). The more the fugitive Brian remembers, the less he wants to know who he really is.

It was the most successful heist in Las Vegas history: 5 armed men managed to capture $100 million in one robbery at the Luxor Casino.... But the perpetrators, along with most of the loot, were very quickly tracked down, apprehended and brought to justice. One of them managed to stay out of the hands of the police. Ten years later, the four incarcerated comrades escape from a maximum security prison and go in search of their former ally and the missing $10 million. The trail leads to a small town in the middle of the desert. Their fellow criminal turns out to be the law-abiding sheriff. Due to a brain injury, he has no memory of his life as a crook...

Two ten-year-old kids find an abandoned police car in a field. As they take it for a ride, it seems they could crash at any moment. But things get worse when the local sheriff comes looking for his missing car. The kids end up in a deadly cat-and-mouse game they don't understand and from which they can only escape if they tear it up.
