The cover is not completely waterproof, but water-repellent. It is a flexible breathable coating, allowing the cover to remain flexible even in the winter months. Because the cover is not completely waterproof, it is advisable to create a distance between the furniture and the cover. The water can then flow off more easily and the furniture cannot suffocate.
