Emergency power charger – designed for power systems with batteries with a voltage range of 50-55 V.

Automatic generator operation: In AUTO mode, the generator independently monitors the battery voltage. It starts when it drops below 50 V and stops when the maximum output voltage of 54.5 ± 0.5 V is reached and the current consumption is less than 20 A.

Manual/external mode: In this mode, the generator is started and stopped by closing and opening the control contacts of the CONTROL TERMINAL, regardless of the battery voltage or output current.

Display system – enables quick checking of the operating status and key parameters.

Transport kit – The generator is equipped with a folding handle and wheels for easy transport, which significantly expands the application possibilities.

The KS DC generator, the 48V-DC, 50-55V version, from Könner & Söhnen is designed for charging batteries in the 50-55V range, especially LiFePO4 with a nominal voltage of 51.2V, as well as other types that allow a charging voltage of up to 55V. It is ideal for 48V-based energy systems such as solar, wind and telecommunications systems. It operates in AUTO and EXTERNAL CONTROL modes and supports control via dry contacts. Equipped with short-circuit, overload and overvoltage protection, it starts charging from the battery being charged. Equipped with wheels, a handle, a EURO 5 engine and a dynamo with copper windings.
