By invitation, Hel visits her estranged twin sister Siri at an exclusive residential sanitarium in the idyllic Italian Alps. Tension soon mounts, as Hel refuses Siri's plea to switch places for a few days. The next day, Siri is gone. Hel soon realizes that Siri is not coming back and that this clinic is anything but a place to recover. Hel is now trapped in a nightmare: everyone believes she is Siri, and no one is who they seem.
