Acoustic and visual fever thermometer
The thermometer displays the measured temperature in seconds on the large, illuminated LCD display. You can choose whether the result is displayed in degrees Celsius or degrees Fahrenheit. If the measured body temperature is below 38 degrees Celsius (100.4 Fahrenheit), a smiling face appears on the TM-65E display and a beep sounds. If the temperature is equal to or higher, a sad face appears, it beeps three times, and the signal LED lights up red.

Precise infrared measurement
With the TM-65E fever thermometer, you can measure body temperature contactlessly and accurately using infrared technology by holding the device at a distance of 0.5 to 3 centimeters from the forehead. This allows you to measure the temperature of babies, for example, without waking them up.

Advanced infrared technology with practical extra functions
In addition to measuring body temperature, you can also use the infrared thermometer to check the temperature of objects (e.g., a baby bottle) and liquids (e.g., bathwater). Measuring the ambient temperature is also possible with the device.
