Optimize your hospital to increase patient flow and thus revenue, and furnish corridors, rooms, and waiting areas as you wish. Expand your hospital with multiple buildings and build the largest possible doors – then more patients will fit through them.

In Two Point County, not many normal patients are found. In this world, there are actually only strange diseases: Cubism, for example, is not just an art style here. Each disease requires its own treatment machine.

But first, the disease must be diagnosed. You have to build the right rooms to take care of them, hire the right specialists, and then get ready – because curing one case is just the beginning. One patient is no problem, but what if a pandemic breaks out?

Once the inhabitants of a small port town have all been cared for, the sources of income naturally dry up – after all, healthy people don't spend money on doctors. Bad business model? Nonsense, someone is always sick somewhere! Take on the challenge in a busier hospital!
