Four at-home treatments

The Shark CryoGlow mask offers four different treatments using red LED, blue LED, and deep infrared light. The technology was developed with dermatologists and helps to care for the skin, reduce redness, control acne, and cool the under-eye area.

Under-Eye Revive

The InstaChill cold technology uses two active cooling points to firm, soothe, and de-puff the under-eye area. Choose from 3 cooling levels or use a separate 5, 10, or 15-minute cooling routine without LED light.

Red and Infrared Light Therapy

This treatment combines red LEDs with infrared light in a 6-minute routine. The treatment helps to reduce redness and roughness and supports smoother, more radiant skin with regular use.

Mixed Blue Light Therapy

The blue light treatment combines blue LEDs with infrared and finishes with red LEDs. This automated 8-minute routine helps reduce acne and supports a more even, smoother complexion.

Skin Maintenance

The maintenance mode combines blue and red LEDs with infrared light in a short 4-minute routine. This treatment is designed to keep skin clear and support achieved results.

The Shark CryoGlow mask features a universal fit with forehead and temple padding, adjustable straps, and silicone eye protection. The shield design ensures even LED coverage and added comfort during use.

How Does LED Light Therapy Work?

LED stands for Light Emitting Diode. Different colors of LED light use different wavelengths. Blue light helps keep skin fresh and radiant. Red and infrared light help reduce redness and roughness over time.

How Does Under-Eye Cooling Work?

The under-eye cooling pads utilize the Peltier effect and fan technology. This causes the metal part of the mask to feel cool quickly and cools the skin under the eyes. Use the cooling in the morning for puffiness or in the evening for relaxation.

Convenient Storage and Charging

The set includes a protective case for the mask, remote control, and cooling pads. The mask is easily rechargeable with the included universal USB-C charging cable.

Contraindications and Important Safety Information

Do not use the Shark CryoGlow Mask if you are taking medications or supplements that cause photosensitivity, such as drugs for severe inflammatory acne, for example, isotretinoin or doxycycline. Discontinue use of the device immediately if you experience discomfort.

Do Not Use the Mask with the Following Medical Conditions

• Retinal and/or macular disease, ocular albinism, or any eye condition that causes light sensitivity
• Pregnancy, breastfeeding, or possible pregnancy
• Pacemaker or other electronic implanted device
• Facial implants
• Lack of sensation, e.g., numbness
• Photosensitive skin condition, such as lupus or porphyria
• Extreme light sensitivity of the eyes, such as photophobia
• Light-induced headaches
• Albinism
• Melasma
• Sensitivity or allergy to plastic, aluminum, or self-adhering material

Do Not Use the Mask on the Face, Hairline, Ears, or Neck with the Following Conditions

• Recent facial surgery until cleared by a physician
• Suspicious lesions or skin cancer
• Eczema or psoriasis
• Irregularly shaped, new, or changing moles
• Moles
• Cracked skin, rashes, or blisters
• Tissue inflammation
• Skin infection, cold sores, or warts
• Active outbreak of herpes simplex virus
• History of herpes outbreaks without preventative treatment
• Facial treatment where skin has not fully healed, such as neurotoxin, dermal filler, microneedling, laser, or chemical peel

Do not apply the Shark CryoGlow mask's cooling routines to the eyeball or upper eyelid.

Do Not Use the Cooling Treatments If You Have

• Hypersensitivity to cold temperatures
• Cold urticaria
• Circulatory insufficiency
