Scribblenauts Showdown is the latest installment in the innovative video game series and offers two brand-new party game modes for 1-4 players with the Showdown and Versus modes. In the popular Scribblenauts sandbox, players can collaborate to achieve achievements and see their objects come to life in surprising ways. Participants can summon objects from the vast dictionary of over 30,000 entries to outsmart their opponents and let their imagination run wild. They can even create their own unique Scribblenaut, drawn in the classic Scribblenauts style, which can be used throughout the game. Showdown Mode: Up to 4 players can participate in the brand-new party mode, where imagination determines victory, whether through card-based strategies or creativity. Word-based mini-games require the best object or character from the game's vast dictionary, while action-oriented mini-games reward the player who completes a challenge first. Player progress is displayed on a board game-like map. There are multiple ways to reach the finish line first here! Versus Mode: Two players compete against each other in over 25 mini-games that vary with each game. The Versus mode allows for continuous play, with players being randomly placed into ever-new matches for endless fun. This mode can also be played solo. Sandbox Mode: In the series' popular creative playground, 1 or 2 players can test their imagination in 8 challenging levels, solving exciting tasks and discovering hidden achievements. Everyone is a Scribblenaut! Players can choose or design their own Scribblenauts, and further personalize them with unique outfits and funny accessories.
