Small volumes
Get your weekend order delivered on Monday!
How?
Order between Friday 10:00 PM and Sunday 5:00 PM and you'll receive your items at your home on Monday!
When?
Monday during the day, within bpost's normal working hours.
What are the conditions?
- Only for items with a small volume. Small volume is defined as: per item less than 30 kg and packaging of maximum 150 cm.
- Only for items with the status "Immediately available".
- Only when the payment has been successfully processed.
- Only for weekend orders placed between Friday 10:00 PM and Sunday 5:00 PM.
Get delivered the next day! Also on Saturday!
How?
Order on a weekday (from Monday to Friday) before 10:00 PM and you'll receive your item(s) at your home the next day!
When?
If you ordered between Monday and Thursday 10:00 PM, you'll receive your package the next day during bpost's normal working hours. If you ordered on Friday before 10:00 PM, you'll receive your package at home on Saturday between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
What are the conditions?

- Only for orders placed on a weekday before 10:00 PM.
- Except for orders placed on a public holiday.
Large volumes
Always according to your specific needs!
Products with a large volume (i.e. per item more than 30 kg or packaging larger than 150 cm) require separate logistical organization: if you want the old appliance to be taken back, if there are stairs, if you have requested installation in your order, and so on.
If you choose this during your purchase, we will contact you to schedule a date and time for the delivery of the appliance.
Delivery service:
The packaged goods will be handed over behind the first lockable door on the ground floor at the specified delivery address.
- Choose the day on which we can deliver the appliance to your home.
- House: we deliver the appliance up to the threshold of the front door.
- Apartment: the appliance is delivered up to the threshold of the front door of your building.
- Installation and connection are not included.
Installation service:
This service is valid for white goods (except for built-in, hoods, and American refrigerators) and Television. It includes:
- Delivery of the goods to the desired location (up to 3 floors high via a straight staircase)
- The goods will be handed over at the specified delivery address at a normally accessible place desired by the customer. A normally accessible place is a place where the items can be placed without the risk of damage to the customer's property, for example, without removing stair railings.
Removal of the packaging
Unpacking the goods from the transport packaging, handing over the goods to the customer, and checking the goods with the customer at the package level for visible external damage. If desired, take back packaging material.
Standard installation
White goods
- If applicable, removal of the transport protection
- Leveling the appliance
- If applicable, connecting the appliance to the existing water supply and existing drainage, using the supplied inlet and outlet hoses
- No connection to the electricity network, except for plugging in a normal 220V-240V plug into an existing wall socket
Television
- Placing the device on the stand
- Connecting to the electricity network via a normal 220V-240V plug into an existing wall socket
- Connecting an already activated and connected provider device (e.g. Telenet - Proximus) to the television.
