Frequently Asked Questions about Pickup in store

You place and pay for your order online in the MediaMarkt web store. Then, you collect your order at the pickup point for online reservations in your preferred local MediaMarkt store (after receiving your collection confirmation).

1. Click your favourite product(s) into the shopping cart and choose "Go to cart" or "My cart". 
2. Select "Pickup in Store" in step 3 of the ordering process and choose your preferred local MediaMarkt store. Note: if your product(s) cannot be picked up at your selected store, the message "Pickup not possible" will appear. 
3. Select your preferred payment method in step 4 of the ordering process and complete the payment. 

You have three options: 

1. Remove the product(s) for which pickup is not possible from your order and continue the ordering process for the product(s) that can be picked up at your preferred MediaMarkt store. 
2. Select a different local MediaMarkt store where you can pick up all your desired products. 
3. Select "Delivery", pay online, and the MediaMarkt web store will deliver the products to your home or another delivery address for free.  

• Valid identification (ID card or driving licence). 
• Pickup confirmation (paper or electronic version). 

Be aware of the opening hours of your local MediaMarkt store when you go to pickup your order. Orders can only be picked up during the opening hours of MediaMarkt stores.

After placing your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation via email. However, this does not mean that your order is ready for pickup in the store. We ask for your patience as our staff processes your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is ready for you at your local MediaMarkt store, you will receive a pickup confirmation via email. This is the signal that we are expecting you. We look forward to your visit! 

If the products are in stock, you can definitely collect your order on the same day. However, please give our staff in the store some time to prepare your order. 

No, that is not possible at the moment. You will only receive the pickup confirmation email when all the products in your order are in stock. 

Please note, do not confuse the pickup confirmation with the order confirmation: 

• The order confirmation is sent to you via email as soon as you have placed your order. 
• The pickup confirmation is sent to you via email as soon as your entire order is ready for pickup in the store.
