Installation service washing machine

Let our professional installers set up your new washing machine. They will connect the appliance to the electricity supply and the existing inlet and outlet, so you can start using it worry-free.

Basic washing machine installation

With this service:

  • We deliver your washing machine. If you live in an apartment building without a lift, we will deliver the washing machine up to the 4th floor.
  • We unpack your washing machine and carefully check it.
  • We recycle the packaging materials.
  • We place your washing machine in the desired location.
  • We level your washing machine.
  • We connect your washing machine to the electricity supply and the existing inlet and outlet.
  • We install your Y-piece, provided you have this component at home.
  • If desired, we will take your old washing machine away. Please ensure that your old appliance is empty, clean, and dry. This is part of the included Recupel service.
  • We test your new washing machine together to ensure that everything is working properly.

Premium washing machine installation

With this service:

  • We deliver your washing machine. If you live in an apartment building without a lift, we will deliver the washing machine up to the 4th floor.
  • We unpack your washing machine and carefully check it.
  • We recycle the packaging materials.
  • We place your washing machine where you want it.
  • We level your washing machine.
  • We connect your washing machine to the electricity supply and existing inlet and outlet.
  • We extend the electricity supply and the inlet and outlet if necessary.
  • We stack your washing machine and tumble dryer if you have a new stacking kit. For your safety and proper installation of your new washing machine and tumble dryer, we do not stack using an existing stacking kit.
  • If desired, we will take your old washing machine away. Please ensure that your old appliance is empty, clean, and dry. This is part of the included Recupel service.
  • We test your new washing machine together to ensure that everything is functioning correctly.

Do you want your washing machine and tumble dryer to be stacked? Then choose the Premium washing installation service and the Basic drying installation service.

Note: Don’t forget to purchase a new stacking kit to place your washing machine and tumble dryer on top of each other.

Choose the Premium washing installation service and the Premium drying installation service if we need to extend the electricity or the inlet and outlet for both appliances. These tasks are only included in the Premium service.
