If you purchased a refurbished product at MediaMarkt but are not completely satisfied, there’s good news: the same flexible return conditions apply to our refurbished items as to new products. If you are not convinced by your purchase, you can simply return the item within the stated return period.

Check the detailed description on the product page. There, you will see immediately if an item is rated 'excellent', 'very good', or 'good'. Regardless of the category, every refurbished device is thoroughly tested and works as it should.

Our specialists thoroughly examine each refurbished item. They test the functionality, replace damaged parts, and, if applicable, replace the battery. An item only receives the label 'good' or 'very good' if the battery still performs at least 85%. For ‘excellent’, it must be at least 90%. After that, they erase all data, clean the device thoroughly, and give it a clear rating. This way, you know exactly what you’re buying and receive a fully checked and ready-to-use second-hand device.
