Built-in 4G LTE connectivity makes it easy to connect to the cloud. With the Mobile Hotspot function, you can use your BlackVue as a Wi-Fi router for up to five devices. The front camera has an 8.4 megapixel Sony STARVIS2™ image sensor and records in 4K Ultra HD (3840×2160) at 30fps and a wide viewing angle of 146°. The rear camera has a 2.1 megapixel Sony STARVIS™ image sensor and records in Full HD (1920×1080) at 30fps and a viewing angle of 131°.

Built-in SIM card module

The use of an extra smartphone or WiFi hotspot is a thing of the past. Power your dashcam, and you are always connected! Thanks to the built-in 4G LTE SIM card module (compatible with nano-SIM card*), you can easily set up a stable cloud connection. The integrated SIM card ensures that the dashcam is in direct contact with the cloud server. *SIM card incl. data subscription not included.

4K Ultra High Definition recording quality

4K resolution recording is a huge leap forward in image quality compared to the well-known Full HD. 4K offers no less than 4 times the number of pixels, and this difference can be seen. License plates become legible from a greater distance, and details are shown more clearly. Even if you don't have a 4K monitor, you will notice this difference. It is possible to zoom in further on the recordings without the image becoming unclear.

Mobile Hotspot function

Turn your BlackVue into a Wi-Fi router for your car.
With the Mobile Hotspot function, your compatible BlackVue can now turn into a mobile internet router for up to five devices simultaneously. This means that you and your passengers can now use the internet from your BlackVue on your laptop, portable game console, tablet or mobile.

To connect to the BlackVue, simply open the Wi-Fi menu of your devices, select the BlackVue and enter the Wi-Fi password of the dashcam.
