The design

The fryer and the lid are made of black stainless steel. The inner pot is stainless steel colored. The lid has a 'cool touch' handle. This means you can lift the lid without burning your hands. Additionally, the fryer has non-slip feet, so it stands extra firmly.

Healthier frying thanks to cold zone

A problem with many fryers is that crumbs end up in the hot fat and then burn with every use. With a cold zone fryer, the heating element is placed directly in the frying fat. The element is then about 2 cm above the bottom of the pan. Because the heat from the element radiates upwards, a cold zone is created below the element. The temperature in this zone is therefore lower than elsewhere in the inner pot. Since burning only occurs at higher temperatures, the frying crumbs that sink into the cold zone will not burn. Result: the fat lasts longer and frying odors are minimized.

Adjustable temperature

With the rotary knob, you can easily set the temperature from 140 to 190°C. When the fryer has reached the correct temperature, the handy indicator light next to the rotary knob will indicate this. The heating element is directly immersed in the liquid frying fat for optimal temperature control.

Easy to clean

The fryer can be completely disassembled, making it easy to clean. The inner pot is removable, allowing you to easily change the oil. All parts can be easily washed with soapy water. The exterior can be wiped with a damp cloth, so the fryer does not become greasy on the outside either.
