Choose the heat that suits you
Briefly press the control button to switch between the three settings. The color of the light indicates which setting is active: white for minimal heat, blue for medium heat, and red for maximum heat. Want to get warm quickly? Start on the highest setting and then switch to a lower one.
Charging and reading charge status
An empty battery is fully charged in about 6 hours using the included USB-C cable. The four white LED lights on the battery show its charge level at a glance. During use, place the battery back in the cushion's storage compartment and close it with the Velcro fastener.
Soft material, easy to keep clean
The cover is made of extra-soft velvet fabric tested according to OEKO-TEX standard 100, meaning it's checked for harmful substances. Remove the cover from the cushion and wash it at 30 °C using a wool cycle. Keep the heating element and battery separate and dry; they are not machine washable.
Comfortable and safe to use
The safety system automatically switches off the cushion in case of a malfunction, and the heat supply stops on its own after approximately 90 minutes. Always use the heating pad fully unfolded and avoid it being heavily compressed.
Always 5-year Inventum warranty
The HNK345B comes with a standard 5-year Inventum warranty. This ensures years of warm, worry-free use. If you need service, your original proof of purchase is sufficient to use the Inventum service.
