The HD720 meets the requirements of the strict IP68 test and offers excellent protection against water and dust. Thanks to its durable design, the HD720 functions even in a dusty environment or after being submerged 2 meters deep for 120 minutes in storage condition.*

The HD720 meets the strict 1.8m drop test according to the military-grade standard MIL-STD-810G 516.6 and is capable of withstanding sudden shocks.
Triple-layer protection
The HD720's triple-layer construction uses special elastic silicone. This provides shock resistance from every angle.
G Shock Sensor protection
G Shock Sensor protection helps protect your data. If your HD720 is subjected to heavy shocks, the G Shock Sensor protection will automatically start and display a red flashing light. When the shock has passed, a continuous or flashing blue light will appear to indicate that normal operation has resumed.
Wrap-around USB cable
The USB cable fits into a wrap-around groove on the outside of the drive housing, providing an elegant storage solution that complements the highly practical features of the device.
