Indicator light and cool-touch handles

The Raclette Gourmet Set is equipped with an indicator light that shows when the ribbed grill plate is hot and ready for use. The cool-touch handles allow you to pick up and move the appliance, even when the grill plate is still hot. Always be careful of burns. The Raclette Gourmet Set has anti-slip feet so it stays firmly on a flat surface. Which is convenient when you are working with a hot grill plate! 

Use for gourmet and raclette

Use the grill plate to grill vegetables or meat and the pans for small pancakes or preparing an omelet at the table. Use the supplied spatulas to turn the food. With the Raclette Gourmet Set you can go in many directions: vegetable, meat and/or fish dishes, for example. Raclette is, in short, the Swiss variant of gourmetting. You then use Swiss cheese that you slowly melt in the mini-pan, as a base for all sorts of delicious dishes.
