How does the air fryer work?

The air fryer cooks thanks to the high-temperature air, adjustable from 35°C to 200°C, which circulates at maximum speed and 360° in the cooking chamber, guaranteeing even heat distribution inside. It is precisely the hot air that ensures even cooking of the dishes and the formation of a crispy crust on the outside, which has nothing to envy from traditional frying. Thanks to the hot air, you don't need to add much oil to obtain tasty fried food, because a simple spoonful is enough, in this way you bring lighter but tasty food to the table for the whole family.

From the large digital touch screen you can set cooking times, programs, temperatures and timers. Inside there is a tray for crispier and tastier recipes. Airy Fryer 6L has a transparent basket to control the preparation as in a real oven: you have frying in hand!
