Protect your home with an interconnected alarm system of 3 Aroha Link Smoke Detectors and 1 Aroha Link Combination Detector. In case of danger, the loud 85 dB alarm sounds via all connected Aroha Link smoke, heat, carbon monoxide, and combination detectors, so you never miss an alarm in your home. Specially designed for ultimate ease of use with a battery and sensor that last up to 10 years.
Sound the alarm in every room with Aroha Link
- Synchronous alarms: Link Aroha Link smoke, heat, CO, and combination detectors into a powerful interconnected alarm system that covers your entire home. You'll never miss an alarm again!
- Expandable network: Easily expand up to 30 Aroha Link detectors, without a hub, with a range of up to 100 meters (without obstacles).
- Loud 85 dB alarm: The fire alarm sounds within 10 seconds. A house fire can spread in just 3 minutes, so quick action is crucial.
2-in-1 protection against smoke and CO
- Complete safety: A combination detector detects both smoke and carbon monoxide, providing immediate and complete protection against both fire and carbon monoxide poisoning.
- Advanced alarms: The 85 dB alarm sounds at dangerous CO levels. Carbon monoxide is invisible and odorless, so early detection of incomplete combustion (from boilers, water heaters, fireplaces) can save lives.
- Early warning: Thanks to advanced sensors, you will be alerted even at low CO concentrations, long before it becomes dangerous.
- Advanced photo-electric sensors: These innovative sensors detect smoke from slow smoldering fires, such as those from electrical wiring, faster and more effectively than traditional sensors.
10 years of safety
- 10-year battery: Worry-free operation thanks to the non-replaceable lithium battery that provides 10 years of uninterrupted protection.
- CE-certified (EN14604 & EN50291): Fully tested and approved according to the highest European safety standards.
- Modern design with standby LED: Stylish design with a standby LED that flashes once per minute to confirm the detector is active.
User-friendly design
- User-friendly design: The entire front of the detector acts as a test and mute/silence button. Test one detector and all linked Aroha Link detectors will participate automatically.
- Ideal for hard-to-reach locations: Press the button with a broomstick while safely standing on the ground. Thanks to the 10-year battery life, you never have to replace batteries.
- Step-by-step installation: Clear installation instructions, accompanying videos, and an included screw set.

Where to place your smoke detectors and combination detector?
A combination detector is a smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector in one. Smoke rises and carbon monoxide spreads through the air. Therefore, there is no universally perfect location; the best location depends on your situation.
In the Netherlands, it is legally required to have a smoke detector on every living floor and in enclosed spaces through which a escape route passes.
In addition to meeting legal requirements, we advise you to optimize the safety in your home by installing detectors in strategic locations:
- Areas with combustion appliances: Place combination detectors in areas with potential carbon monoxide sources, such as boilers, gas heaters, water heaters, or fireplaces. CO is colorless and odorless, so early detection is essential.
- Escape routes: Install smoke detectors in hallways and near stairs, especially if they lead to bedrooms. This way, smoke is detected quickly, and you can react in time.
- Bedrooms: Install smoke detectors in or near bedrooms so the alarm can alert residents even at night.
- Living rooms: A smoke detector in the living room is important, especially if there is a fireplace or other heat sources.
- Near the kitchen: Do not place a smoke detector directly in the kitchen due to the risk of false alarms from cooking fumes. Place it close to the kitchen, or opt for the Aroha Heat Detector for the kitchen itself.
- Range of linked group: Aroha Link detectors have a range of up to 100 meters (without obstacles). Ensure all detectors are within each other's range for synchronous alarms.
- To avoid: Bathrooms, garages, and other damp or dusty areas increase the risk of false alarms.
Note: These Aroha Link detectors are mutually linkable detectors without WiFi or app. Do you also want to receive notifications via Tuya Smart or SmartLife? Add one Aroha Smart Connect & Link Smoke Detector to your network. Other alternatives are:
- Aroha Safety Pro smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and combination detectors work autonomously, without mutual linking, WiFi, or app, and are installed in no time.
- Aroha Smart Connect smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and combination detectors offer app notifications and control via Tuya Smart or SmartLife, without mutual linking.
- Aroha Home smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors are compatible with your smart home via Matter over Thread (Home Assistant, Apple, Google, Alexa, etc.).
