The ideal start to the 5G home network

The FRITZ!Box 6850 5G offers fast mobile internet via 5G (both Standalone and Non-Standalone), 4G, and 3G with speeds up to 1 GBit/s. Powerful Wi-Fi Mesh and Wi-Fi AC+N with up to 1,266 MBit/s ensure comprehensive wireless coverage in the home. The box intelligently switches between available mobile networks to always guarantee optimal speeds. An integrated alignment assistant supports the optimal position for the best possible reception and can also help align external antennas. Security is guaranteed by WPA3/WPA2 standards.

Fast Wi-Fi AC+N with Mesh comfort

FRITZ!Box 6850 5G with Dual-Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz N + 5 GHz AC) delivers fast, stable connections for multiple devices running simultaneously. As Mesh Master, this FRITZ!Box bundles repeaters & co. into an intelligent Wi-Fi network and actively controls the access points. Mobile clients automatically switch to the best access point - without interrupting ongoing applications.

Versatile Smart Home and convenient telephony

Smart home devices such as the FRITZ!Smart Thermo 302 radiator controller are controlled via the integrated DECT base. An analog telephone and up to six DECT cordless telephones (e.g., FRITZ!Fon) can be registered on the integrated telephone system. Telephony is handled via the mobile number of the SIM card using VoLTE/VoNR or optionally via VoIP/SIP including encryption. Smartphones also become full-fledged VoIP phones via Wi-Fi. Multiple integrated answering machines, local and online phonebooks, and numerous comfort functions complete the extensive offering.
