Think of steak, seafood, chicken, mushrooms, onions, and bean sprouts. Thanks to a non-stick coating, you don't need butter or oil to prepare the food, making teppanyaki a healthier way of cooking. In addition to a Teppanyaki plate, the griddle also has grill racks that allow you to easily grill meat, vegetables, and fish.
