DAB+ quality
Do you prefer listening to the radio while driving? Then you want good sound quality. DAB+ is digital radio via the ether and offers better sound than the older FM. Reception is improved, and you experience less noise. DAB+ provides more definition in the sound, so you enjoy your favorite hits more and hear voices in your favorite shows better. Many DAB+ and FM stations can be set, allowing you to easily switch between stations without having to search for the correct frequency again.

Bluetooth technology and playback
Bluetooth technology streaming is clear and defined thanks to the A2DP and AVRCP profiles. These profiles also prevent noise and stuttering. Via ID3-Tag, the RCD238DAB-BT displays the artist and song you are listening to on the screen. The RCD238DAB-BT features a 4-band preset equalizer, allowing you to adjust your music to your taste.

Hands-free calling
With the included external car microphone, you can also use the RCD238DAB-BT as a hands-free car kit. Place the microphone in a convenient spot for you. You can answer calls via the radio's control panel and conduct your conversations clearly through the car's speakers.

Connections
To play music in ways other than via the radio or Bluetooth technology, the RCD238DAB-BT has various connections. Firstly, there is a CD/DVD player. Do you have your music on a USB stick or SD card? Then you can play it via the dedicated ports. If you have an older playback device, you can use the 3.5 mm aux connection.

The RCD238DAB-BT also offers the possibility to connect an additional amplifier and subwoofer. You do this via the RCA's or sub output on the back of the car radio. The radio is equipped with an ISO connector, making connection Plug&Play (provided your vehicle has an ISO connection)
