With the Culistar® Official 10-in-1 Ice Cream Machine, you can prepare various frozen desserts and drinks entirely to your taste. From creamy ice cream and refreshing sorbet to frozen yogurt, slushies, and frozen cocktails: you decide the ingredients, texture, and toppings.

The Culistar Ice Cream Machine works differently than a traditional ice cream maker. First, make an ice cream base with your favorite ingredients, freeze it for at least 24 hours, and then place the cup in the machine. Within approximately 4 to 6 minutes, the machine processes your frozen base into a delicious dessert or drink.

The Culistar® Official 10-in-1 Ice Cream Machine features 8 preset programs that allow you to easily select the right preparation. This enables you to create different textures for, for example, ice cream, gelato, sorbet, frozen yogurt, slushies, and other frozen creations.

With the Mix-In function, you can add extra ingredients after the initial preparation, such as chocolate chips, cookies, nuts, fruit, or caramel. Want to make your ice cream even softer and creamier? Then use the Re-Spin function for an extra processing cycle.

How Does the Culistar Ice Cream Machine Work?

First, make a smooth ice cream base with your favorite ingredients. For example, use fruit, yogurt, milk, cream, plant-based alternatives, coffee, or other flavorings. For optimal operation, it is recommended to mix the ingredients well before freezing them.

Then, fill the cup with the mixture and place it in the freezer for at least 24 hours. Once the base is completely frozen, place the cup in the Culistar Ice Cream Machine and select the desired program. Within approximately 4 to 6 minutes, the frozen base will be processed.

Want to add extra toppings? Use the Mix-In function. If the texture is still a bit firm or crumbly after the first preparation, you can use the Re-Spin function to make the result softer and smoother.

Self-Cleaning & Maintenance

The Culistar Ice Cream Machine features a convenient Self-Cleaning function. Fill the cup with clean water, place it in the machine, and start the cleaning program to easily rinse the parts that come into contact with the ice cream.

Do not use detergent during the cleaning program, as it can foam excessively. The Tritan cups can be cleaned in the dishwasher. Hand washing is recommended for the magnetic blade. Please note: the magnetic blade is sharp. Therefore, be careful during cleaning.

Noise Level During Use

Because the Culistar Ice Cream Machine processes a fully frozen base, the machine makes noise during preparation. This is comparable to the sound of a powerful blender or food processor and is normal during the processing phase. A preparation typically takes about 4 to 6 minutes.
