The Pizza Genius DO9289PZ is a pizza oven for home use, designed for baking on stone. This compact electric oven is user-friendly and can accommodate a pizza with a diameter of 32 cm. With its stainless steel finish, this oven has a rounded shape for heat distribution comparable to that of a traditional stone pizza oven. The double glass door allows you to follow the baking process without opening the door. Thanks to the sturdy PVC handle on the glass door, you can open the door without burning yourself.
Pizzas with a crispy crust
For crispy results, DOMO has equipped this pizza oven with a PFAS-free 32 cm cordierite stone that retains heat well. The Pizza Genius has 2 stainless steel heating elements and offers 6 baking programs: Neapolitan, Thin & Crispy, New-York, Pan Pizza, Frozen, and DIY. With this oven, you can adjust baking times and temperatures to achieve the desired result, while benefiting from the cordierite stone for pizzas with a firm base and crispy crust.
Guaranteed authentic baking result
With a power of 1700 watts, this electric pizza oven reaches temperatures from 80 °C to 450 °C, which you can easily set via the digital control panel. The 2 stainless steel heating elements heat the pizza from the bottom and top. The high temperature allows for authentic baking, as in a traditional Italian pizzeria, although this requires preheating for about 18 minutes. The automatic programs save you complicated settings, while the DIY mode allows you to adjust programs and baking methods as desired.
Cleaned in no time
To be able to use the appliance immediately, this model comes with a pizza peel to get pizzas in and out of the oven. The cordierite stone is removable, so you can clean it more easily after use. The stainless steel exterior and glass door can be cleaned with a soft cloth once the appliance has cooled down. The appliance only needs a power outlet to operate and can be used both indoors and outdoors, so you can enjoy a summer pizza night in the garden or on the balcony.
