A year has passed since Mic and Oscar returned from a fantastic adventure. Now Vulture conceives an evil plan. He wants to boycott the extradition of the Grizzly cub to his opponent in the US presidential election. So Mic Mac, Oscar, the Panda teenager and Stork go on another amazing adventure. They fly a zeppelin with the goal of returning little Grizzly to his rightful parents.
