The FX-2190II offers an improved USD (ultra-fast draft speed) of 738 characters per second at 12 characters per inch, making a real difference to high-volume print jobs such as stock reports, large numbers of invoices or freight documents.

Building on Epson's established and reliable matrix technology, the new range of printers improves the average time between failures by 25 per cent. This results in 25,000 working hours, making the devices ideally suited to extreme conditions where regular maintenance is not practical.

More compact design
Epson's new range of matrix printers features an updated design with a more compact size. The depth has been reduced to just 320 mm, making the devices easy to place in a business environment.
