Thanks to the fine knurling (grip), the bars lie comfortably in the hand and offer optimal control during your workout. The Focus Fitness Olympic dumbbell bars are made of high-quality, thick-walled steel and have a sleeve diameter of 50 mm, making them suitable for all standard Olympic weight plates.

Two variants are available:

• 180 cm barbell : weighs 15 kg and is loadable up to 250 kg
• 220 cm barbell : weighs 17.5 kg and is loadable up to 330 kg

Depending on your preference, training space or exercise, choose the bar that best suits your training goals. Both bars are suitable for both novice and experienced athletes who want to take their strength training to the next level.
