The dumbbell is adjustable from 4.5 kg (10 lbs) to 24 kg (52.5 lbs) with 13 intermediate weight settings. Easy operation

With the handy side wheel, you quickly set your desired weight. Thanks to the click system, the right weight is selected automatically. Put the dumbbell back on the stand and turn again to change the weight. So you can quickly and efficiently change gears during your workout.
