The Adjustable Dumbbell Set by Focus Fitness has a total weight of 28 kg and consists of two adjustable dumbbells of 14 kg each. Thanks to the innovative pivot system, you can easily adjust the weights so you can start your workout quickly and immediately. With these dumbbells you can train the whole body through countless exercises. The weight plates are made of plastic and filled with sand.
